Typographical Errors
In the event that a shinerugs.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, shinerugs.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product/s listed at the incorrect price. shinerugs.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, shinerugs.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Custom Orders & Production Time
All of our rugs, cushions and accessories are made to order according to the specifications (size, color and pattern) chosen by the customer. Estimated production time is 5 to 6 weeks, subject to change without notice; total delivery time may be longer due to international shipping and customs processing, and is provided as an estimate only, not a guaranteed delivery date. Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, or may be subject to a fee corresponding to the costs already incurred.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Shine Rugs offers free shipping on all orders, which covers the cost of transportation only. Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or brokerage/handling fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer, regardless of the country of delivery. These charges may be collected before the shipment is released, or billed separately by the carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) after the order has already been delivered. Shine Rugs is not responsible for these charges and makes no guarantee regarding their amount or timing.
Force Majeure
Shine Rugs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other events of force majeure.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by www.shinerugs.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
