Robin was looking for a twist on the classic White Squares Patchwork Cowhide Rug. She came with the idea of having a zigzag frame on every square patch, and wanted a mix of gray natural cowhide, and pure whites, to go with her decor.

Daniela was drawn to the Toto Rug pattern but needed darker tones. We added black and curated the perfect blend of dark gray hides tailored specifically for her project.

the grand mix scheme

A mix of tones gave this Toto Rug the perfect balance. It needed to be darker than the original, yet light enough to let the room breathe. We blended dark and medium grays with the lightest natural hides to achieve a soft, airy feel with depth.

This Houndstooth Rug was born from a client’s exceptional idea. She reimagined the classic chess-like pattern in a monochromatic white palette, letting the texture speak for itself. With no color distractions, the design stands out through its subtle play of light and form.
