And I love delivering a cowhide patchwork rug and knowing that my client loves the product we worked so hard on.

Sometimes we get an email, a photo, even a call from happy customers.. And that absolutely makes my day, my week even!

This post may be some kind of an ego trip, but I also want to assure you that we really put a lot of love and dedication on every single patchwork cowhide rug that we make. From the design, to selecting the right hides, and the assembly of the patches. Every part of the process is crucial on itself and equally important to achieve the perfect final result.

“I was a hesitant at first to order a rug without being able to see it. Ordering samples helped ease my comfort as well as the responsiveness. They were also able to send me a graphic of how the rug would look in my custom size and was able to meet my deadline window for shipment. My creases didn’t come out after letting the rug sit nor with weights so they suggested ironing the rug. I did this through a paper bag (to protect the rug) on medium high heat with NO steam.
