One of our clients came to us with this idea. She wanted a mix of grays, but she also wanted us to add beige to the whole mix.

She was looking for a geometric pattern, something bold, elegant, big patterned and fresh.

Our solution: Taupe gray and an “Envelope” style pattern.

This is one of my favorites. We worked on the style and size of the pattern to achieve the perfect look. We didn’t want it to be ridiculously big, but at the same time, it would have been very easy to make it way too small.

The size of the pattern allows the natural hide to show its own variation, the lights and shadows, the taupe tones -both light and dark spots- and lets everything come together, as each individual patch is given enough space as to express itself.

We found the perfect balance here. A rhythmic repetition game of the pattern, and the color scheme from heaven.
